Bill is the Managing Principal of Greenhouse. For over 25 years, he has helped small, middle market and larger companies across a wide range of industries achieve their growth aspirations and address their improvement needs. Bill helps clients develop and implement growth strategies or, when they are ready, prepare the organization for a transaction. Bill also has deep experience in human capital management, product/solution development, account management, post-merger/acquisition integration, and change management. He previously was a partner at KPMG and Deloitte, and a senior executive at BearingPoint. Bill has a BA degree from Duke University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
